1.  Go to Craigslist's website (www.craigslist.org) and select your location or city.
2. Click on the "Cars & Trucks" category.
3. Look for the "By Owner" option on the left-hand side of the page and pick out it. This will filter out whol dealer listings and show only private proprietor listings.
4. You can also use the seek bar to search for specific railway car models or keywords that you're fascinated in.
5. Browse through the listings and touch the seller if you're interested in a particular car.
